Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing care for assigned patients in a mental health/psychiatric environment
Design nursing care plans and assist in the development of overall care plans
Interview, examine, and assess health status of psychiatric patients
Administer medication and treatment; provide and coordinate nursing care
Educate patients and families on treatment regimens
Participate in orientation and training of new personnel
Follow established departmental policies and safety standards
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
