Key Responsibilities
Assign and supervise nursing personnel and patient care
Ensure adequate staffing to meet patient needs
Act as a clinical resource and role model for staff
Participate in nursing strategic initiatives and quality improvement
Deliver safe direct care to assigned patients
Maintain patient safety and follow departmental policies
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
2 years directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English and Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
Nationally Certified in area of specialty
