Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, direct patient care utilizing the nursing process
Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to staff
Ensure adherence to Hospital policies and procedures
Document patient care and ensure follow-up on abnormal results
Assist with or institute emergency measures for patients
Provide patient education about preventive care and medical issues
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
3 years directly related experience
