The Inpatient Supervisor - RN will oversee nursing staff and patient care in a dynamic hospital environment. Key Responsibilities
Assign nurses and technicians to patients using independent judgment
Supervise staff and patient care delivery on designated shift
Act as a liaison between physicians, staff, patients, and families
Develop efficient organizational structure and supervise employees
Deliver safe direct care to an assigned group of patients
Participate in nursing strategic initiatives and quality improvement
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
2 years directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual English/Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
