Job Description
Join the University of New Mexico Hospital as a PACU Registered Nurse, where your clinical expertise and compassion will make a significant impact on patient care. Key Responsibilities
Perform key assessments and start IVs
Collaborate with surgical team for safe procedures
Monitor vital signs and manage post-op complications
Deliver safe direct care to assigned patients
Supervise and direct nursing staff
Act as a clinical resource and role model
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
2 years directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual English/Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
Nationally Certified in area of specialty
