Dolphin Ears is looking for a Remote Administrative Specialist to enhance customer experiences and support operations. Play a key role in managing schedules and coordinating exciting marine adventures.
Key Responsibilities
Manage scheduling and appointment setting for tours
Coordinate logistics for dolphin tours and yacht charters
Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
Maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in administrative roles or similar positions
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
