Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, direct patient care utilizing the nursing process
Assist physician with special tests, procedures, and complex treatments
Document patient care and ensure adherence to hospital policies
Serve as a mentor and provide patient education
Participate in orientation and evaluation of new personnel
Ensure patient safety and address potential safety concerns
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
Registered Nurse (RN) in New Mexico or as allowed by reciprocal agreement
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English and Spanish or other local languages
3 years of directly related experience
