Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, direct patient care utilizing the nursing process
Serve as clinical leader and mentor for staff
Provide patient education to patients and families
Assist physician with special tests and procedures
Document nursing care and ensure adherence to hospital policies
Coordinate patient care with other departments
Participate in orientation and evaluation of new personnel
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
3 years directly related experience
