Key Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care for assigned patients in a mental health/psychiatric environment.
Design nursing care plans and assist in the development of overall care plans for psychiatric patients.
Administer medications and treatment; coordinate patient drug and procedure activities.
Educate patients and families on treatment regimens and provide emotional support.
Follow established departmental policies and participate in continuous quality improvement.
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN license in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
