Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe direct care to assigned patients
Adhere to hospital and departmental policies
Implement and document individualized care plans
Assist with special tests and procedures
Participate in orientation and precepting new personnel
Assist with emergency measures for sudden adverse developments
Administer medication and document clinical findings
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
Enhance professional growth through educational programs
Promote patient safety and involve patients in their care
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
1 year directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in New Mexico or as allowed by reciprocal agreement
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Nationally Certified in area of specialty
PALS certification
TNCC and/or ENPC certification
