Key Responsibilities
Operates the multi-line phone system to receive all incoming calls.
Obtains necessary information from the caller to process the call efficiently.
Transfers the caller to the department or person that can assist.
Welcomes all visitors and informs the employee of their arrival.
Maintains Forcura by uploading and faxing orders and documentation.
Maintains inventory and gathers supplies for clinicians.
Assists with administrative and clerical tasks as directed.
Completes other assignments as requested.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
One (1) year prior experience in operating PC and multi-line phone system
