Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe direct care to an assigned group of patients.
Work within Hospitals, Nursing division and departmental policies.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement and document individualized care plans.
Assist with special tests and procedures.
Participate in orientation and assume precepting responsibilities.
Assist with emergency measures for sudden adverse developments in patients.
Administer medication and document clinical findings.
Maintain a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for patients/families.
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
1 year directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
Nationally Certified in area of specialty
PALS
TNCC and/or ENPC
