Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor clinical aspects of the CF program
Oversee and ensure timely data entry into the CF Foundation Patient Registry
Collaborate with care team to deliver patient-centered care
Ensure comprehensive discharge planning and follow-up
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Provide education to patients and families about disease management
Ensure compliance with CF Foundation mandates
Provide direct patient care including assessments and medication administration
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
2 years directly related experience
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
Preferred Qualifications
BSN within 36 months of position
