The Bilingual LPN will provide direct nursing care to patients across all age groups while adhering to hospital policies. This role involves assisting with patient care, implementing care plans, and maintaining a safe environment, all while communicating effectively with patients and families.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients
Ensure adherence to hospital and departmental policies
Implement and document individualized care plans
Assist with special tests and procedures
Participate in orientation and evaluation of new personnel
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment
Administer medications and monitor results
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
Licensed Practical Nurse in NM or reciprocal agreement
Completion of Organization IV Education & Training Program
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
