Key Responsibilities
Maintain and preserve a luxury community for quality resident living experience
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems
Assist residents with general maintenance issues
Prepare makeready schedules and ensure units are ready to lease
Order necessary supplies and equipment
Maintain property curb appeal
Required Qualifications
2+ years of related multifamily/hotel maintenance experience
Strong knowledge and experience with HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair and general carpentry
HVAC/EPA certification
Fair Housing training
CPO and CAMT certifications (can be obtained after hire)
Experience with MS Office Suite (Word and Outlook)
Strong customer service skills
On-call availability
