Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, direct patient care in the ambulatory setting
Conduct assessments and document nursing care
Assist physicians with special tests and procedures
Mentor and provide clinical leadership to staff
Provide patient education and support for self-management
Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures
Participate in orientation and evaluation of new personnel
Document medical history and triage walk-in patients
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers certification within 30 days
Registered Nurse (RN) in NM or reciprocal agreement allowed by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
3 years directly related experience
