Key Responsibilities

  • Operates the multi-line phone system to receive all incoming calls
  • Obtains necessary information from the caller to process the call efficiently
  • Transfers the caller to the appropriate department or person
  • Welcomes all visitors and informs employees of their arrival
  • Maintains Forcura by uploading and faxing orders and documentation
  • Maintains inventory and gathers supplies for clinicians
  • Assists with administrative and clerical tasks as directed
  • Completes other assignments as requested

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year prior experience in operating PC and multi-line phone system
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in Microsoft and OneDrive
  • Ability to work flexible work schedule
