Key Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care for assigned patients in a mental health/psychiatric environment.
Design nursing care plans and assist in overall care plan development.
Interview, examine, and assess health status of psychiatric patients.
Observe patient behavior and perform triage and crisis intervention.
Write treatment plans and coordinate patient drug and procedure activities.
Educate patients and families on treatment regimens and provide emotional support.
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuer within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Zuni, or Navajo
