Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, direct patient care utilizing the nursing process
Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to staff
Administer medications and perform routine treatments
Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures
Educate patients and families about preventive care and medical issues
Assist in emergency measures for adverse developments in patients
Document and report patient care observations
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
3 years directly related experience
Bilingual in English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
