Key Responsibilities
Provide educational leadership to enhance specialized patient care
Initiate strategies for developing clinical skills
Perform as a unit educator and clinical instructor
Develop patient plans of care based on evidence-based research
Consult with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
Educate staff on new equipment and coordinate training
Assist patients and caregivers with educational needs
Collaborate with Clinical Educator and Unit Director
Monitor trends and implement educational strategies
Deliver safe direct care to assigned patients
Administer medication and document clinical findings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
BSN or MSN
18 months directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider certification within 30 days
RN in NM or reciprocal agreement
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree
Bilingual in English and Spanish or other native languages
3 years directly related experience
Current Instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP
