Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development, implementation, and administration of maintenance programs
Manage, coordinate, and oversee all staff and activities, including construction and capital projects
Establish work priorities and coordinate job schedules
Provide engineering support and direction for capital projects
Respond to emergency calls and coordinate emergency activities
Conduct tests and maintain appropriate documentation
Supervise and oversee management of shop personnel
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Architecture or equivalent experience
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 6 years of occupational-specific experience
Knowledge of existing city, state and federal codes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Demonstrated supervisory experience
Knowledge of business process and communications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
CMMS System knowledge
