Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe direct care to an assigned group of patients
Work within Hospitals and departmental policies
Implement and document individualized care plans
Assist with special tests and procedures
Precept and evaluate new personnel after training
Assist with emergency measures for patients
Ensure patient medical records are complete
Administer medication and document clinical findings
Maintain a safe environment for patients/families
Enhance professional growth through education and training
Follow patient safety-related policies and protocols
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
1 year directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
