Key Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care in a mental health/psychiatric environment.
Design and assist in the development of nursing care plans.
Interview, examine, and assess the health status of psychiatric patients.
Observe patient behavior and perform triage and crisis intervention.
Write treatment plans and coordinate patient drug and procedure activities.
Educate patients and families on treatment regimens and compliance.
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
