Key Responsibilities
Assign nurses and nursing care to patients using independent judgment
Designate shift and schedule assignments, monitor attendance
Provide clinical leadership and ensure adequate staffing
Supervise staff and patient care delivery
Act as a liaison between physicians, staff, patients, families, and departments
Deliver safe direct care to patients and administer medication
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
2 years directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual English/Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
Nationally Certified in area of specialty
