As an Outpatient RN Supervisor, you will lead nursing staff in providing quality patient care, manage staffing assignments, and ensure adherence to hospital policies. This role offers a supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth and a focus on patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
Assign nursing personnel and staff to specific patients using independent judgment
Supervise employees and manage staff schedules and assignments
Provide clinical leadership and ensure adequate staffing for patient care
Act as a liaison between physicians, staff, and patients
Delegate and monitor completion of duties according to departmental policies
Deliver safe direct care to assigned patients
Participate in the orientation and evaluation of new personnel
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
2 years directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English and Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
Nationally Certified in area of specialty
