The Bilingual RN will lead patient-centered care, coordinate case management, and supervise staff. You'll ensure quality, cost-effective care for diverse patient populations while collaborating with healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities
Initial review, triage, and assignment of patients to case managers
Coordinate multidisciplinary patient-centered care
Supervise staff and ensure adherence to hospital policies
Develop and implement comprehensive plans of care
Conduct timely discharge planning and assess patient needs
Collaborate with health care teams and ensure continuity of care
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Related Discipline
3 years directly related experience
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuer within 30 days
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree
Bilingual in English and Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
