Key Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care for assigned psychiatric patients
Design and implement nursing care plans
Conduct patient assessments and triage
Administer medications and treatments
Chart symptoms and report changes in patient conditions
Educate patients and families on treatment regimens
Coordinate with healthcare providers and participate in group therapy
Follow departmental policies and improve patient safety
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers certification within 30 days
Registered Nurse (RN) license in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
1 year of directly related experience
