Join a mission-driven outpatient palliative care team as a Registered Nurse, where you'll provide compassionate care and support to patients facing serious illnesses. You'll utilize your clinical expertise to enhance patient quality of life while mentoring staff and ensuring adherence to best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, direct patient care utilizing the nursing process in the ambulatory setting
Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to staff
Administer medications and perform routine treatments
Assist with or institute emergency measures for sudden, adverse developments in patients
Provide education for patients and/or families about preventive care and medical issues
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
3 years directly related experience
