Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, direct patient care utilizing the nursing process
Clinical leadership and mentorship for staff
Patient education for patients and families
Assume relief charge duties when designated
Ensure adherence to hospital and departmental policies
Assist physician with tests, procedures, and complex treatments
Document patient care and medical histories
Participate in orientation and evaluation of new personnel
Serve as a mentor to patients
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
3 years directly related experience
