Key Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care for assigned patients in a psychiatric environment
Design and implement nursing care plans
Perform patient assessments and triage
Administer medications and treatments
Educate patients and families on treatment regimens
Coordinate communication between healthcare providers and patients
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and procedures
Participate in professional development and precepting new personnel
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
1 year directly related experience
