The Bilingual RN will provide clinical leadership and ensure quality patient care while supervising nursing staff. The role involves strategic initiatives participation, effective communication among teams, and delivering direct patient care across various age groups.
Key Responsibilities
Assign nursing personnel and staff to specific patients using independent judgment
Supervise and direct staff providing patient care
Act as a liaison between physicians, staff, patients, families, and other departments
Ensure adherence to hospital and departmental policies
Deliver safe direct care to an assigned group of patients
Participate in nursing strategic initiatives and quality improvement
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
2 years directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English/Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
Nationally Certified in area of specialty
