Key Responsibilities
Maintain and preserve a luxury community for residents
Identify and resolve technical issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems
Assist residents with resolving general maintenance issues
Prepare makeready schedules and ensure units are ready for leasing
Order supplies and equipment from approved vendors
Maintain strong curb appeal at the property
Required Qualifications
2+ years of related multifamily/hotel maintenance experience
Strong knowledge and experience with HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair and general carpentry
HVAC/EPA certification and Fair Housing training
CPO and CAMT (Apartment Maintenance) certifications (can be obtained after hire)
Experience with MS Office Suite (Word and Outlook)
Strong customer service skills
Availability to be on call
Preferred Qualifications
Full training on how to use makeready schedule, Payables Nexus for ordering supplies and Yardi for all service requests (training may be obtained after hire)
