Key Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care for assigned psychiatric patients.
Design and implement nursing care plans.
Observe patient behavior and perform triage.
Write treatment plans and coordinate patient care activities.
Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery.
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Aggressive Behavior Certification within 30 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
1 year directly related experience
