Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, direct patient care utilizing the nursing process in an ambulatory setting
Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to staff
Ensure adherence to hospital and departmental policies
Assist physicians with special tests and procedures
Coordinate patient care with other departments and clinics
Document patient care and maintain medical records
Participate in the orientation and evaluation of new personnel
Promote patient safety and encourage patient participation in care
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
3 years of directly related experience
