Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Direct and coordinate clinical and management activities
Ensure adherence to hospital and departmental policies
Plan, coordinate, and direct activities of staff
Manage hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating staff
Establish specific standards and objectives for clinical units
Monitor patient care and documentation
Provide clinical learning experiences for staff and students
Act as liaison between patients, families, and staff
Develop and administer the division's annual budget
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
2 years of directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN license in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree
Master's Degree in a related discipline (BSN required if not MSN)
