Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, develop, implement, and evaluate clinical and non-clinical educational programs
Ensure adherence to Hospital and departmental policies
Promote patient safety and proactive approaches to improve safety
Develop educational curricula and coordinate instructional programs
Evaluate educational program outcomes and seek feedback for improvements
Maintain quality and effectiveness of instructional programs
Provide leadership and foster collaboration with other professionals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Related Discipline
3 years directly related experience
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers w/in 30 days
CPR, ALS, or ILS Age Appropriate Instructor Cert w/in 6 months
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
