Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, direct patient care utilizing the nursing process in the ambulatory setting.
Provide clinical leadership and mentorship for staff.
Ensure adherence to hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
Assist physicians with special tests, procedures, and complex treatments.
Document patient care and medical history.
Participate in the orientation and evaluation of new personnel.
Provide patient education on preventive care and medical issues.
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
3 years directly related experience
