Key Responsibilities
Assign nurses and staff to patients using independent judgment
Supervise staff and ensure patient care delivery
Act as a liaison between physicians, staff, patients, and families
Participate in nursing strategic initiatives and quality improvement
Delegate and monitor completion of duties
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
2 years directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual English/Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
Nationally Certified in area of specialty
