Key Responsibilities
Perform all RN nursing duties in specialty clinic
Coordinate all activities related to patient care
Serve as liaison between patient/family and healthcare team
Counsel and teach families regarding medical conditions
Facilitate delivery of services for optimal patient care
Collaborate with specialty team on patient candidacy
Participate in programs and committees related to specialty
Conduct educational engagements for public relations
Provide statistical reports as needed
Review lab and diagnostic work on specialty evaluations
Manage patient care caseload pre and post-operative
Maintain departmental policies and procedures
Encourage patient participation in care
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
3 years directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
2 years directly related experience
