Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, direct patient care utilizing the nursing process
Assist in patient telephone triage and scheduling
Serve as a liaison to multi-disciplinary stakeholders
Participate in educational and community support initiatives
Coordinate home health care and durable medical equipment
Document nursing care and patient observations
Administer medications and assist with complex treatments
Required Qualifications
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
3 years directly related experience
