Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe direct care to an assigned group of patients
Work within Hospitals, Nursing division, and departmental policies
Implement and document individualized care plans
Assist with special tests and procedures
Participate in orientation and precepting of new personnel
Assist with or institute emergency measures for patients
Ensure patient medical records contain necessary information
Administer medications and document clinical findings
Maintain a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment
Enhance professional growth through educational programs
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
1 year directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Nationally Certified in area of specialty
PALS
TNCC and/or ENPC
