The Educator RN will develop and implement clinical and non-clinical educational programs for diverse patient age groups, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. This role requires a commitment to professional growth and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, develop, implement and evaluate educational programs
Ensure adherence to hospital and departmental policies
Identify educational needs and develop instructional programs
Implement educational curricula using adult learning principles
Evaluate educational programs and monitor progress
Maintain and enhance the quality of instructional programs
Provide leadership and collaboration in professional practice
Maintain documentation and records of instructional programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related discipline
3 years directly related experience
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
CPR, ALS, or ILS Age Appropriate Instructor Certification within 6 months
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree
Bilingual in English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
