Join One Medical as a Member Support Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the patient experience for our Senior Health members. You'll be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional care while collaborating with a dedicated team to transform healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure a fluid and positive in-office experience through patient intake and scheduling
Perform all front of house duties including check in/check out and insurance verification
Assist senior patients with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and coordinating transportation
Contribute to team development and support in office providers with various tasks
Master technology suite for daily interactions and tasks
Maintain the appearance of patient and employee facing spaces
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in high touch customer or patient facing roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working on collaborative, diverse and feedback-driven multi-disciplinary teams
Proficiency in computer technology such as typing, navigating the internet and using multiple software systems simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
A proven track record of persisting through change and demonstrating a forward thinking perspective when under pressure
