Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the sales representative team
  • Assist in answering customer calls and sales representative emails
  • Place orders and quotes for customers
  • Obtain pricing and request quotes from vendors
  • Assist Sales Leadership with reports and projects

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 years Office experience
