Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership for nursing and technician staff
Supervise staff and patient care delivery on designated shift
Function as unit educator and role model
Ensure adherence to hospital and departmental policies
Participate in nursing strategic initiatives
Educate staff on new equipment and protocols
Deliver safe direct patient care
Act as liaison between physicians, staff, and patients
Supervise and evaluate new personnel
Required Qualifications
2 years of OR experience in cardiovascular (preferred)
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as permitted by reciprocal agreement
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English/Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
