Job Description
Join the University of New Mexico Hospitals as a Bilingual RN, where you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care across various age groups. You'll coordinate specialty patient services while ensuring adherence to hospital policies and making a significant impact on patient health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Perform all RN Nursing duties and assist in specialty clinic
Coordinate all activities related to patient care
Serve as liaison between patient/family and healthcare team
Counsel and educate families on medical conditions and interventions
Collaborate with community physicians for patient care
Participate in educational programs and public speaking
Provide statistical reports as needed
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
3 years directly related experience
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuer within 30 days
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English/Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
