Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the multi-line phone system to receive incoming calls
  • Obtain necessary information from callers
  • Transfer callers to the appropriate department or person
  • Welcome visitors and inform employees of their arrival
  • Maintain Forcura by uploading and faxing orders and documentation
  • Maintain inventory and gather supplies for clinicians
  • Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as directed
  • Complete other assignments as requested

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year prior experience in operating PC and multi-line phone system
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in Microsoft and OneDrive
  • Ability to work flexible work schedule
