Key Responsibilities
Assign nursing personnel and staff to specific patients using independent judgment
Designate shift and schedule assignments, and monitor staff attendance
Provide clinical leadership and ensure adequate staffing for patient care
Supervise staff and patient care delivery on designated shifts
Act as a liaison between physicians, staff, patients, families, and other departments
Deliver safe direct care to assigned patients and document care plans
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and families
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
2 years directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual English/Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
