Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, direct patient care utilizing the nursing process in an ambulatory setting
Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to staff
Administer medications and perform routine treatments
Assure adherence to hospital and departmental policies and procedures
Coordinate patient care with other departments and clinics
Participate in the orientation and evaluation of new personnel
Provide education for patients and families about preventive care and medical issues
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
3 years directly related experience
