Key Responsibilities
Create individualized treatment plans
Lead and support a team of RBTs
Provide guidance and support to families

Required Qualifications
BCBA certification
Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Ability to create individualized treatment plans
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading and mentoring RBTs
Strong communication skills
Background in working with children on the Autism Spectrum
